Our ready to ship items are dispatched via Australia Post every Wednesday and Saturday.

For expedited shipping, please contact us. We are happy to service your needs for an extra fee.

Returns

Given we are a small home based business, with curated and hand picked items only, we currently don’t allow return of a product once purchased. Instead, we offer video calls and personal consultation to make sure you love and cherish whatever you buy from our store.

In the unlikely event that the item is damaged on receipt, please feel free to contact us. We will endeavor to offer an exchange.

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us and we will try to get you the correct size, or exchange.
